Please keep at least 90% of product amount to return to the shop for inspection. For example, for order of 1 kilogram, please keep at least 900 gram of product to return to the shop.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Product return is available when<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Package bag damage that is caused by the seller<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wrong product delivered that is caused by the seller<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Rancid or moldy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Product already expired when the product arrived at customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foreign object found in the product e.g. a piece of paper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">To return product, manufacturing and expiry date sticker must still be clearly placed on the package. The returned product must remain at least 1\/3 of product life. For example, if the product has 3-month shelf life, the product could be returned within 1 month from the purchasing date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Returned product must be purchased from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakeryhills.com\">bakeryhills.com<\/a> or LINE Official methods only. If customer bought from Lazada, the return must be made via Lazada system only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Remarks: Bakery Hills reserves the right, not to allow customer who order wrong product or packing size to return products, due to sanitary reason and the spreading of COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Product return procedure:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Contact via LINE application to request a return.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0When:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Product packaging damaged during delivery <\/strong>\u2013 Temporary fix the package using duct tape, or change to another container that adequately protect the product, then deliver back to the shop.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<strong>Quality problem<\/strong> &#8211; Return product in almost the same as original condition. If the package bag can no longer close, use a duct tape to close the bag, then deliver back to the shop.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Wrong Product delivered<\/strong> \u2013 Return product in the same as original condition. Repack the product and deliver back to Bakery Hills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">When we receive the product, we will inspect the problem within 2 working days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">After examination, we will contact back to customer for discussion of further solution.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Exchange and Refund<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">After product return is complete, if the solution is agreed on both sides to return product or refund money, the customer will be received exchanged product within 7 working days, or refund through bank transfer within 15 working days.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Return Conditions As soon as you found a problem in the product, DO NOT THROW AWAY, otherwise you cannot return the product.
